CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

OOPS I FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE

Sorry, but we are not able to apply, backdate or refund any missed discounts once your order is in the system, so please take extra care to check any discount code has been applied before you complete your purchase. If you're really stuck email ruth@roobetty.com who will be able to help.  Please note discount codes only work on full priced items.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped the same day.

Orders after 1pm will go out the following working day. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

During very busy times like Sale and New Launches there may be a 1 or 2 day delay.

Your package may take longer than usual to reach you, due to the current circumstances, as Couriers are taking longer than usual to deliver.

Also you're order may come in 2 parcels as we use a partner for some of our clothing fulfilment.

DUTY & TAXES (Please note that Roo Betty and Zenofit Ltd do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.)

We cannot be responsible for packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete foreign addresses, so please check the address you input very carefully.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

UK - Orders are sent by via Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 48 depending on the cost of your  Please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order. Sometimes delays happen, so please don't chase until 7 working days have expired. 

EUROPE - Orders are sent by Royal Mail . Please expect your gifts to be delivered an estimated 10-12 working days from your order date.  You may be given a tracking number depending on the cost of your order.  Please  use the tracking link sent with your Shipping Confirmation email to check progress.  Please allow 28 days to get in contact for a lost delivery.

WORLDWIDE ( Non UK or Europe) - Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service and are subject to any necessary customs processing. Therefore please expect your goodies to be delivered an estimated 15-16 working days from your order date.

Please  use the tracking link if you are sent one with your Shipping Confirmation email to check progress.

CAN I RETURN or EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Yes, by following the Returns process HERE click to link for all information. 

We can only exchange for the exact same item in another size.  If you would like a totally different item, please request a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.

We won’t charge you postage again for sending your size exchange – it will be shipped to you free of charge (once per customer- UK ONLY).  You will need to go through the returns process on the RETURNS page

Sorry, we are unable to offer free exchanges on International orders, only refunds.

SALE & PROMO ITEMS: We are unable to offer a free exchange on items bought in our sale or during special promotions ( i.e. Buy 1 Get 1 free/discounted etc  ). In the event you wish to exchange a size on a reduced item, the customer will be sent a paypal request for the  return postage costs. Your replacement size can only be shipped once this payment has been made.

RETURNING A CIRCULAR ITEM - RECYCLED T-SHIRTS

We've designed this system to be as easy as possible for you our customer. All you need to do is to scan the care label with your phone once your product is worn out. That will take you to a page that tells you the story of the product and allows you to activate the freepost recovery (UK only), Everything else will be taken care of.

DISCOUNT CODES FAQ

Occasionally we will offer promo discount codes. These can only be used once per customer

( the system will reject if you try to use the same code twice or if it has expired).

Codes and automatic offers cannot be combined; only one code/offer at a time can be applied/redeemed per order, and any required code must be input at the checkout stage before completing payment.  Sorry that's the computer for you we’ve tried to change it but computer says “NO”.

If you forget input the code during checkout, sorry but we are not able to apply, backdate or refund any missed discounts once your order is in the system. We appreciate this is frustrating, but we simply cannot make any changes to orders once you have placed them.

HOW DO I WASH MY SWEATS &TEES 

To get the best out of your printed sweats and tees, please always turn them inside out and wash no higher than 30 degrees, and do not tumble dry. Hang dry this helps with shrinkage.

This helps avoid any bobbling  too!  We advise that you re shape whilst damp and dry flat (on a radiator or  air dry on line)

Always iron on the reverse to protect the printed design!
